Kerry would reject CAFTA

Sandra Lasee, a student in her mid-40s who had lost her manufacturing job last year, questioned Kerry about his stand on the North American Free Trade Agreement, which he voted for in 1993. Kerry said he would conduct a 120-day review of all trade agreements and would oppose a pending trade treaty with Central America.

Barney Frank on CNN says all trade agreements are stalled, CAFTA is the next in the chain and it isn't going anywhere so this is not a heroic move on the part of Kerry to oppose it, however, it is good to see Kerry aligned with voters.
