The media has a lot of power, doesn't it?

Too bad most people aren't critical thinkers
but just lap up the BS being spoon fed them,
like the "imminent threat" nonsense.

Sexing-Up the Case Against Blair -- and Bush
By Mark Landsbaum
FrontPageMagazine.com | February 17, 2004

You should know better than to go to a rightwing web site for your news. Usually, they don't outright lie but rather they manage to omit some of the facts.

Fact: Blair is getting skewered because in his desperate effort to get the Brits to commit to war, he told them that Saddam had WMD that he could have keyed on Brit. targets and citizens within 45 minutes. It now appears that he made a major error in judgement? or did he lie? and it wasn't WMD but battlefield weaponry that could be ready in 45 minutes.

That's why they are calling for his head. There is blood on his hands for this serious gaffe! But, of course, you don't want to know the real truth, just rightie's version of the truth.
