When I first saw your lead in to the article, "the fear president" I assumed it was about a prospective Kerry presidency. Voters will decide which fear is stronger:

1) Bush's ability to make difficult decision and move into Iraq to oust a brutal dictator--replacing him with a flegling democracy in midst of Mid-east terrorist breeding ground.
OR
2) Kerry's inability to ever make a decision to take military action even if it could prevent another terrorist attack like 9/11. Do we want to return to pre-9/11 days of paralysis by analysis?
