DENVER, CO, Dec. 10, 2003 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- NightHawk Systems,
Inc.(OTC BB: NIHK) announces the introduction of its ST1500 wireless remote
control product that utilizes the ORBCOMM satellite network. The revolutionary
ST1500 allows a user to remotely control any electrical device located almost
anywhere in the world. The ST1500 increases functionality by providing for
monitoring, control and confirmation that commands have been properly executed,
at new breakthrough price points. The ST1500 is the result of an R&D effort
following the signing of the satellite services agreement between NightHawk and
ORBCOMM announced on September 4, 2003.

"The ST1500 is the first in what will become a family of controls that utilize
satellite-based service from ORBCOMM. These products have the potential to
revolutionize the way remote control is performed by industrial, commercial and
even individual users. The simplicity of its use is astounding. If you can
access the Internet, you have all the tools necessary for cost-effective remote
control with the ST1500," said Myron Anduri, NightHawk's President. Mr. Anduri
added that "This product also gives the user the flexibility to control a mobile
device without any reprogramming or network changes. The device is ready to use
immediately upon purchase, regardless of its location."

NightHawk plans to immediately introduce the ST1500 to its existing customer
base in the electric utility and traffic signage markets and has plans to expand
to new markets throughout 2004. The satellite-based products will complement the
Company's existing remote control product line that primarily utilizes paging
service for activation.
