Think it was July 6, 2001 at 17.15. Many shareholders had a lower basis as a result of the ATT spinoff. My basis is actually 4.68. Rap

IPO was priced at $29.50. Some did unfortunate things like mortgaging their homes to buy more shares. It's too bad. Those are hard lessons. There will be many employees laid off as a result of this buyout, but never fear, John Zeglis and his buds will walk away with a nice chunk of cash. I've heard it'll be 3 years of salary and 3 years of bonus, around 6 mil each. A fine reward for running a company into the ground. Still
