Peter,
Didn't know it had to be a secret.

Firstly, I'm partially hedged, second, my price est was for within one week post decision. I think the upside over the course of the year could be much higher if they get a favorable decision and factor in an MDI nda filing due within 1-2 months. I'm not expecting a disastrous stock like the aftermath of the soltara rejection. Debt isn't as worrisome, xopenex sales, margins and the MDI can justify a solid base to the stock. I think $40+ this year is possible with approval and I think sepr will close the year at $20+ even without estorra approval. So as a binary 2/29 investment, yes I should sell now, but with a LT view, I think the scales will tilt toward holding. And then you have tax implications :-)

And this might be a good time to recount sepr prior to its last pdufa date:

Closing price 3/6/02: $47.27 (actually went up $3 that day in anticipation!)
Closing price 3/7/02: $19.64
Post Rej peak: 3/19: $22.25
Single Digits: 6/2: $9.93
Bottom: 9/24/02: $3.90
