From the Dem perspective, the problem with Graham is that he was on the 9/11 commission. He has indicated that he saw all the info and was pissed that it was not released. I agree with him.

He also has said that there was no evidence, other than inefficiency, of governmental misconduct that stretched back to previous administrations. He seems honest and honorable and would not go along with attemtps to claim that Bush was to blame for 9/11, which I suspect will be a losing cornerstone of the Kerry campaign.
