There's really no room to disagree if one reads the decision fairly and compares it with the Court's prior decisions.....facts are...it was a tough case and they made a call....now we all have to live with it...the issue is decided. You could work to change the laws which underlaid the decision or you could amend the Constitution to remove the EC from the process.....but to keep disputing the call is simply not called for nor is it wise....
