yah that downgrade really broke the momentum for now. the issue is really about competition in late 2005 or maybe 2006 and what multiple to pay as the competition starts to get noisy. the stock can probably shake this long-term concern off for a while as they put up a big Q1 and Q2. I see TXN currently trading for 21x $1.50 ($31) and NSM trading for 17x $2.25 (under $40) and VTSS trading for 24x $.36 (<$8.50) and think SLAB might be due for a rest in the mid-high 50's...
