"I'm not sure what you mean by a difference in frequency" I mean that the average number of partners a non homogenous (is that the right word?) gay man has is far higher than the number of woman a non homogenous straight man does. "But from a public health point of view, unprotected sex with a new partner of any gender mix, is a risky life-threatening activity" Straight is not nearly as life threatening as gay. To ignore this fact is a disservice to those who will die. Nobody wants to hurt anybody's "feelings", so who cares if more die, right?
