Another thing to keep an eye on, Haiti, which is spinning into complete chaos. Looks like the French cannot escape their colonial past on this one again, no way in hell the US will send in combat troops to restore order, not so close to the election. Also, the Dominican Republic has closed their border with Haiti. And the DR has troubles of it's own too. The whole island is not looking too good these days. Hope they still get cigars out, I'm running low..
