Now, if it were a Democrat in the WH, you wingers would be saying their jobs wer e the result of Affirmative Action. BTW, both Powell and Rice acknowledge AA helped them in their careers..... Powell and Rice "are" wingers. The larger question is exactly why we can't say that about blacks in high positions in oh, say, the Clinton Administration, at least as high as Rice and Powell?.............. we can't find any! And of course, ALL blacks, that are GOOD blacks are Democrats, so it should have been easy for Clinton and difficult for Bush.
