True: Bush & Kerry, different sides of the same coin. The only thing that would really shake things up in Washington would be if a 3rd party like the Libertarians or Greens assumed power. Of course, WE KNOW that's never going to happen. They can't even get into the Presidential debates (with arbitrary 15% thresholds and such), like they're going to get into the White House?!? Not! At least Kerry might not allow Bush to keep all his Presidential records secret (that's a very dictatorial move on Bush's part).
