Bush always knew where Bib Laden is or was. But then if he cuaght Bin Laden, then he would not have any excuse for going into Iraq which was his Administration's plan from day one he took office (Thanks Mr. O'Neill)

So the plan is put Osama arrest on hold, get Saddam out, then go back to Osama. I follow South Asian politics very closely. At that time (pre Iraq attack) there were similar joint military exercises in Alaska between the Indian Air Force and USAF. They also had joint exercises in the Indian Ocean between the US Navy based in Diego Garcia and the Indian Navy. That was all in preparation for the March into Pakistan to capture Osama and to get to the murderers of US journalist Daniel Pearl. And then very suddenly and mysteriously, the Iraq thing started to show up on the radar screen and the Indian thing calmed down.

Again now, the Indian thing has started to show up, there is talk that we will get Osama before the year is out etc. etc. People in India and Pakistan already know where Osama is. Mansoor Izaz comes on FOX and says where exactly Osama is. But Bush ignored all that and instead concentrated on Iraq and the oilfields of Kirkuk.

So there is lot to this conspiracy here. Not conspiracy on the 9/11 attack. But the conspiracy on how best to use that attack for personal and political gains. Stay tuned for the unfolding saga and remember you heard it here first.

Who is Mansoor Izaz. Google him.
