If we left, the one remaining WMD would go off....ANARCHY.....no one would believe that's a good idea.

We'd likely have the same problem in North Korea if we'd been able to capture it easily. Cult of personality dictator and no good infrastructure to reform or rebuild. Cesspools infecting the rest of the world.
