I just had a thought. With you argument for the Palestinian side on the basis that more Palestinians are dying it would seem you are arguing that "might makes wrong" or perhaps that "weakness makes right".

I think you may be joking but the attitude behind "might makes right" is that often times, might does make wrong. In other words, frequently, "might makes right" is only right in the eyes of the one wielding the might.
