Rambus, FTC asked to suggest 'minor changes' to ruling (RMBS) by Chris Kraeuter
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS.MW) -- Rambus (RMBS) said its outside counsel and the FTC complaint counsel have been requested to suggest "minor corrections and confidential designations" regarding last week's decision by FTC Administrative Law Judge Stephen J. McGuire. Rambus logged a legal victory last week when McGuire dismissed the FTC's antitrust claims against the chip designer. McGuire was expected to release early this week the 330-page decision, but that full release could be delayed following the current request.
