yes that one is the H1-B. That is the good visa from my experience. The L1 is the one that should be cut off, it has no protections and is actually being abused currently by multinationals. the L1 was set up for global multinationals to cross train executives, it has no limits and no protections. The companies latched on to in and the abuse is beyond belief. I can't believe it is still in use with the amt of outrage against the L1.
