Hi Bubba, "Why don't you go back where you came from?" was used quite frequently in the 19th century in the US and of course in the 20th century. People no sooner had landed in America when they conceived a weird hatred for those who immigrated one year later than they and spoke a different language. I don't live there so I don't have my finger on the pulse but I have the vague impression that racism is decreasing in the US. Less in the south but particularly in sophisticated centres like the coastal cities NY, SanFrancisco etc. Not true?
