Thanks X and Tim, It looks like the street is reacting positively to the new. RMBS is up 3 in the after hours market. A lot of people are watching this case with interest. A loss by RMBS sets some dangerous precedence for companies participating in standards groups. I have not had a chance to look closely at the patent that got overturned in Europe yet. As long as they done loss the fundamental patent of double edge clock data transfer, the other patents are only supplementary.
