(HQNT) is The CHEAP INVESTOR's Pick Of The YEAR in the DICK DAVIS DIGEST. Even though I accumulated a position at .68 cents and the current price of HQNT is $1.05, I think, as does Bill Mathews, publisher of The CHEAP INVESTOR, that HQNT will perhaps move MUCH HIGHER. Company is profitable, giving .02 cents a share dividends and new contracts. All HQNT needs is to get some attention from the investment community. Maybe the company is addressing that one need that is lacking. Take a look at HQNT and tell me what the current chart looks like. Thanks in advance.... BCT

Another stock you might like is (BBAL) which is also a recent recommendation of The CHEAP Investor along with (FONR) and (HQNT). I bought a small number of shares of BBAL at $1.88 and will add to that position if the stock price gets cheap enough. I have a sizable position in FONR at $1.07 and having traded FONR many times since 1994, I expect old FONR to really do well during 2004. Just not sure if it will be soon or if it will take a few months. Fonar has sold 64 STAND-UP MRI machines and installed 32. Rumors of MULTI-SALES are running in the FONR investor circles. I think they WILL BE RIGHT ;^) and SOON ;^). Fonar's other product, the Fonar OR-360 MRI, which the company has yet to sell their first OR-360 MRI machine but when that 1st SALE comes it should create excitement. I am looking for that to happen in the near term ;^) BC
