I think he will peak in November 2004. He has just started and Bush is startled at the outrage of the American people. He is trying to tell the people that Kerry is a bozo. In spite of that they keep voting for Kerry thereby telling Bush that he is a bigger bozo than Kerry.

So he better start talking issues soon. Medicare, healthcare, jobs, budget deficits, education, homeland security etc.
