The problems are caused by special interests, and the problems just exist for the special interests.

People who save their money, maintain good health through diet and exercise, and plan for pitfalls are affected only slightly.

It's not a crisis for everyone.

The difference is primarily due to differing infant mortality rates in those countries. Since infant mortality records those deaths in the first year of life, it would also be a function of conditions outside the healthcare system, such as poverty, crime, drugs, war, illegal immigration, and so on.
