<What's the connection to Martek? > Not much except Martek is essentially on the other side of the Monsanto coin, providing a product that is becoming more widely recognized as being a very important and missing in today's industrial diets. Ironically supplements are really a sort of 'bandaid' in the long run. Diets will have to return somewhat to more historically 'normal' or disaster is probably waiting. Millions died in areas of Asia for example simply by the dietary change to milled rice from whole rice... according to that book. What is going on in America is much more profound. DAK
