I disagree with Buchanan's basic premise.

Funny, I thought that his basic premise was that the threat has been overstated. He used the word, hysteria, a couple of times. In any event, that's the basic premise--that we're a bunch of scaredy cats--I was agreeing with. <g>

I don't disagree with anything you said in response, BTW, just didn't see that as the central point.
