Australian households had a net worth of AUD2.5 trillion, or $2 trillion in 2003 according to this:

From the previous post US total net worth was $42trillion in 2003.

So Australian net worth per person is roughly $100,000 (assuming population of 20 million), while US net worth per person is roughly $140,000 (assuming population of 300 million).
