Not clear that other sources were tapped out.

How about the possibility that those doing the private placement believe that SGI will be a going concern.

Watson mentions the sales portion------a lot of those existing contracts can be lead into future contracts with little marketing. Future contracts will occurr if the current contracts prove sucessful imo.

That's a rather naive statement Donald...

For example, the Feb. 2000 TERA aka CRAY PP was even a larger discount to the Market than SGI...
