Why are we not sending troops to these attrocities? Haiti is erupting with violence. The trickle of oil leaving Iraq during the sanctions was not affecting the world oil market. You are clearly uninformed, or delusional, or both. 4. he attacked...Kurds...Iran... Kuwait..all of whom still had missing family members. We, and the rest of the world, including the UN, went to war for these transgressions. As a result of the war, the sanctions, the no fly zones, the strategic bombing, Iraq and Saddam was crippled from affecting the world in any significant way. His only affect on the world was a small one, which you mentioned in number 1 above. But remember his support of Palestine was only a small part of the money that flows in support of Palestine from all over the Arab world. 5. Libya. What connection is there between Iraq and Libya? The connection was between Pakistan and Libya, and Pakistan is our ally? 6. Terrorists witha MUCH freer reign to run in and out of countries then. That's BS. Terrorists have been gravitating to Iraq since the war began. They can move in and out of Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan as freely today as they ever have. The borders of these countries are not secured in any meaningful manner today. There was no need to go to war with Iraq in the fashion that Bush did. Sorry all of your reasons are hollow. The real reason to go to war in Iraq was to secure the oil. This operation was pre planned before 9-11. The PNAC was writing about the need for this "intervention" decades ago.
