uh, my name is Geoff but....... You're right, I should have seen this coming, it's just that it's so transparent! It's just in my nature, I keep expecting integrity where none exists.

What really irks me too though is even when this rule goes into effect it does nothing to eradicate the huge damage that has already been done to American businesses and share holders.
