Can...will EP become another Enron? Seem's possible. I would expect as you another round of shareholder lawsuits.

Short might work in a big way. Covering at pennies is a possibility. It's interesting to see the brokerage houses "bob and weave".

Not a good deal for Oscar. But if he's an ass so be it.
