Nixon expanded the war in other ways besides troop strength, through increased us of bombing in Nam and Laos and Cambodia.

Blaming Kennedy for the escalation is ill founded and you know it. I take no exception to your criticism of Johnson, he was ill advised to take the course of action he did. Same with Nixon. Your defense of Nixon and his actions is well, indefensible. Your whole analysis is partisan. At least I can take each man for what they did, not what party they were in. You are clearly partisan, which is to your own detriment.
