Gaps of 6-12 months when no one saw at Guard duty......Gaps that caused his commanding officer to send him a notice to show up? And what would you call, "not putting in his time"....was there no obligation? Can a guardsmen simply not show without being questioned or in violation of something....what the hell kind of an army is that????
