"there's straights and gays that are crazy about f*cking"

I am sure that is true. My theory about why single gay men do it more is that men (in general) are more of horn dogs than women. Two men deciding when to have sex may be different than a man and a woman deciding. Don't we (men) think about sex every 8 seconds (or something like that)?

" I don't think one group has an edge over another"

I'll see if I can find the statistics. Maybe you are right, and I have just read too many bath house stories in the Chron.

"And besides, so what, why's it so important, who cares, what difference does it make"

Sounds like you are not so sure now. I thought I was clear about the who cares, so what. To ignore any differences in habits that result in AIDS (ie people dying), it is helpful to look at all the facts. You act as though hetro and gay is the same in this regard, and I say that pc thinking results in dead gay people. I'm not a pc guy (if you cant tell), and I think problems are best solved by looking at ALL FACTS, not just the ones that make everyone all comfy and cozy. Seems logical to me, and I'm not trying to cast aspersions on anyone.

"Why the moral judgment?"

Why look at factual differences as "moral judgements". You so far have said there is no difference between the two groups practices, there may be differences, it doesn't matter if there are differences, and you have described some of the differences (types of diseases is where you went). To best solve the problem (IN MY OPINION) it is best to look at all of the facts involved, and not call the facts involved "moral judgements".

But all just in my opinion. Like I said, I will do a breif search to see if I can flush out some statistics.
