thats not the point. The point is that IP is created in the US by US universities primarily and the defense budget etc. "Juniper Inc." did not invent the internet, DARPA did with taxpayer dollars. It is not up to Juniper or Google to take university funded research and shunt it offshore so that the industry gets shifted to that destination in iteration #2 of the industry. If Juniper wants an indian workforce they can bring them here with visas, or alternatively Juniper can move to India and incorporate there but I certainly am not interested in seeing the US become one big B2B marketplace with a few overpaid CEOs and no intellectual property to speak of (even though I have been paying for it all my life)

BTW R&D/core development is completely different from IT
