I'd like to add that the dentist was so good, she did a root canal with no anesthetic - and I managed to survive (I'm a softy). The crown was so good that it was hard to take it off before glue was applied. I need a couple of more crowns to finish the $8000 bill, but seeing they are only $50 apiece - they are going to pay my next airfare to India.
