Heteros don't fear homosexuals, they understand instinctually to avoid them. Not avoid them in normal social encounters but in any intimate setting. When we think of being deserted with someone it is with the opposite sex and it makes sense as it gives us hope of life going on. How homosexuals deal with this I don't know but if they have that hope, it is false. This is also what people want for their children for much the same reasons. I believe we have the basic instinct for self preservation and that procreation is a big part of that.

If marriage has been male and female for thousands of years why would gays want to be like something they're not, a biological pair? I think society shows a great deal of tolerance for relationships that do not further the species. Before you mention that some heteros do not reproduce, I'd say that we cannot know someone's full intentions, only the possibilities and with heteros there is that. With homosexuals reproduction is always indirect and not possible naturally. It would also be quite a deprivation for a child of either sex to grow up without the example of male and female parenting as it is necessary to guide them in those same roles in the future.

The "you don't like homos so you must be a homo" argument is pathetic.

I don't like democrats misguiding this country and I'm not a democrat.
