Absurd. Lays, right hand man, Skilling will be indicted today - just heard on the radio. He likely won't plead guilty or plea bargain like most others. So there's going to be a big courthouse trial. Lay is the top dog - he's the next target. A conviction of Skilling will be the death knell for Lay. The wheels of justice grind slowly ...
