Thanks for your feedback on SNFCA. I bought some to tuck away on the hopes that whatever has worked for them for the last 5 years will continue to work for them. I don't expect mortgage refinancing to remain a cash cow, but the company has been very consistent in maintaining a high growth rate.
I found the stock on a screen for >25% growth in EPS and Revenue in each of the previous 1, 3, and 5-year periods. It was the only stock to come up. It certainly is too illiquid to flip, but it strikes me as a decent "value" play. That said, I haven't spent as much time digging as I usually do before declaring a stock a value play.
