Bingo, Henry Ford said the exact same thing 90 years ago wrt his "$5 day". Trickle Down, the supply side cure for everything, doesn't work at all in a global environment especially when you already have sucking going on. The budget giveaway went right overseas as soon as those CEOs saw the check from Uncle Sam. For example the GIG-BE internet bandwidth award of 50 million went to Juniper networks who hired a bunch of guys in India to build it. Pathetic. We need to grow the USA economy right now.
