There is only one thing the IRS can say: it is banned by the federal 'Defense of Marriage Act' signed by Clinton.

The ban extends to ALL federal programs and agencies.

I dont know, but I suspect same sex marraige wont fly with the IRS, I am more concerned though about SS and Job Benefits. They could really get costly. jdn
