I think the simple truth is you can't run a candidate who is against war in general at a time when the nation faces many more years of war.

Kerry may claim that he is not unwilling to go to war, but his record belies him. The only time he voted in FAVOR of war was the one time that many dems wanted him to vote AGAINST it.

That sentence won't help Kerry.
There is an authentic photo of Kerry sitting a row or two behind Fonda at Valley Forge war protest. Someone, probably from the Kerry camp, also put an altered photo of them on the internet, probably trying to defuse the effect of the real one.
