That OBV on SMH is very negative. It has trailed down while the index has limped up. That should be very interesting.

The C wedge I have been watching also, but I thought the orthodox top was in June, and the July top was the swing "A" of the wedge - in which case it should be done with making new highs. But I suppose it could be also counted since the low in August, in which case the last wave should be still in progress.

Would be good to figure out criteria to distinguish the two possibilities. A break below 48 (Feb 2) would be one pivot. The trendline of the "larger" wedge is right now near 47 1/4.
