A guy in my city sued to have an illegal tax repealed and money refunded. He won and got his $23.02 refund check today. Others stand to get up to $400 for a typical single family residence and the refunds may total $27 million. This tax warrior suggested people contribute 10% of their refund to a fund he wanted to use to sue the city for the another abuse. One guy claimed he wouldn't do it because he couldn't trust the guy....duh!....couldn't trust a guy who sued the city for $23 and got others $27 million! People are really confused about taxes when you see answers like this, either that or they're obtuse.

Did you know that the top 1% of tax payers pay 36% of Fed taxes? How much in your infinate wisdom should this group pay to be FAIR?

Did you know the top 1% tax payers are also the top earners in the US. They earn 43% of all income yet only pay 37% of taxes.

The richest take the most out of a society - its only fair they pay their fair share.
