It has, already! And, it has been going WAAAY too long, for a bear
market rally. People are still getting fired. And, those who got fired
can't pay their bills. So? I don't know, really. This bubble thing can fail
any moment, then the market will just keep going down through the bottom.

Politically, Bush seems to be a single-termer already, so... it makes no sense for the banks to artificially support this market due to the election
year. It makes a perfect sense to actually drop it, and start the new
mega-rally in early 2005, with the new president to thank for it... I think
that's what it's gonna be. Yep. JMHO, of course. But with the republicans(!) yupping about the budget deficit, it does seem
unnecessary to sustain the bubble for political purpose. I think the
Fed and others know exactly what they are doing.
