DMW: Insiders and friends own about 80% of the stock, institutions are getting on board in Europe, the float is not very big. They are becoming a good size player in logistics and supply, country by country, in Africa. The diamonds are gravy, and given that few of their pre-war projects in Sierra Leone and Angola have been reactivated at present, a steady series of NR's should be coming as they bring them, and other supply contracts on line.
