The demonuts just piss away my hard earned tax money and give it to the irresponsible and lazy? The social welfare game is over!!! Typical wingnut response. It's hard to believe that you voted for Clinton, and now you blame the deficit on the poor and the welfare recipients. Shows your ignorance. The amount of the federal budget that goes to welfare is miniscule, and that portion of the budget has shrunk over the last decade. The problem with Bush, is that he has increased spending, while lowering taxes on the rich. Thus creating a deficit. It's the rich that benefit the most from government spending. They are the ones that garner the majority of government contracts. They are the ones that benefit most from an efficient transportation system, and functional infrastructure. Since they benefit the most from it, they should pay their fair share for it. Blaming poor welfare recipients for the deficit is just plain ignorant. If you think that all government spending is bad, then you should vote Bush out. He's presented a bloated budget. But even worse he's paying for it in red ink, as he has lowered taxes, while increasing spending. While I can agree with some increases in spending in a time of economic recession, I do not agree with what the Bush administration has spent the money on, nor do I agree that the tax cut for the rich is a jobs program. Clearly jobs are leaving the country at an accelerating rate. Bush's economic plan is a complete and utter failure. A vote for Bush is the same as sticking a sharp stick in your eye, after plucking out the other eye and stepping on it. You'd have to be blind and stupid to vote Bush. Orca
