AS and Ann, the issue with Edwards is that the Republicans in Wisconsin have given him a boost. But they could not deliver the final punch and put Edwards over the top.

California and NY will be Kerry's. Kerry has not been to New York as yet. I understand after the LA debate he will start to concentrate in the NE. Kerry has the money to actively campaign in all the Super Tuesday States. Whereas Edwards is going to campaign in GA, NY and OH only. If Edwards wins OH, I said wins and not come in a strong second, then his case for VP becomes a very strong case. And if he does not, then he is history. TX is a beneficiary of NAFTA, FLA senior population does not care about NAFTA. Hence we can count these two delegate rich states to be the "Kerry momentum" votes on March 9. So mathematically Edwards is far behind in delegates. Even Dean was ahead of Edwards even though Dean did not campaign much after NH. So what does that say about Edwards.

So we only need to see if Edwards wins OH or else Hillary is waiting on the sidelines for the VP ticket. IMHO.
