Hear ye among you, the freedom minded and strong willed:

-----------------------------------------------------------

Sidney, I agree with your statement regarding the amanzing casual attitudes that Libertarians display when faced with the current tyranical regime that occupies Washington. This adminstration is exactly the sort of tyranical government that Libertarians have always warned about, yet they don't seem too concerned with things like the PATRIOT act and other forms of manipulation, like 9/11, the WMDs BIG LIE that brought us to war, etc. Amazing! Tyranny stares them in the face and they do nothing.

Sorry Ray if this is too off-topic. Perhaps we should bring it to another board. But, it does relate to 9/11 in an abstract way, it is after all the culture in Washington that always seeks to consolidate it's power, that allowed 9/11 to happen. If Libertarians, who suppossedly love freedom can't see that, we're really in trouble.

Well I really can't fault you too much for not knowing what's going on in the world around you when most everyone else is as uninformed as you are.

Uh-huh. Forgive me if criticism from you - especially where analytical rigor and information is concerned - isn't taken terribly seriously.

But being you're a Libertarian I have been surprised at your casual attitude towards the real threats to freedom we are facing today.

You're a proponent of giving the government more power and suspending or otherwise altering Constitutionally-guaranteed private property rights, and I have a casual attitude toward threats to freedom?

LOL!

Your casual acceptance of the Dept of Homeland Security is certainly astounding considering your Libertarian slant.

How have I "casually accept[ed]" any big government measures? I've regularly posted that I agree fully with the adage that those who would sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither. For a synopsis, refer to:

Is your assertion a frustrated reaction to my not accepting your left statism (socialism) in place of right statism (fascism)? I suspect it is.

The Bush admin is the most dishonest, dictatorial, and secretive in my life time yet you are not outraged.

You're saying that based upon...what? My not taking your opinions terribly seriously, given your demonstrated history of posting unsupported, conspiratorial drivel?

Anything you don't agree with is only a theory.

With you, that's mostly true. In general, though, no.

When you give your opinion should everyone become silent and bow down?

No, not everyone. Just you, LOL!
