tippet, you may have some time to get into IBX. Next milestone should be some news out of China regarding the re-formation of the tin industry. That is a precursor to getting their JV nailed down, I believe. Could be March or April before the JV is wrapped up. Then the business license, which should be a formality. I'm in it too and am flat right now.
