What Greenspan is suggesting is even worse -- as if raiding the surpluses was not enough, he wants to pay for the tax cuts by cutting benefits. Robbing the poor to pay the rich. I'm sure Dumbya will nominate Greenspan as Printing Press Operator for one more term!
